I’m so excited to walk alongside you as you prepare for one of life’s greatest adventures–becoming a parent! I’m your local St. Louis doula and a proud mom to two amazing sons and a set of twins. My own experiences in motherhood, from becoming a first-time parent to navigating life with twins, have deepened my passion for supporting your through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

With a background in athletics, I bring resilience, encouragement, and a team-focused mindset into my doula work. I love building meaningful connections with families and helping them feel confident, supported, and cared for.
